The Russian satellite service provider Isatel Russia LLC is the first subsidiary of the Intersputnik Holding Group established on the initiative of Intersputnik member countries. The company is headquartered in Moscow. 

Isatel Russia LLC is a licensed service provider offering full-scale services in Russia, CIS and worldwide. Supported by Intersputnik, Isatel LLC has the right to lease to customers satellite capacity on most geostationary satellites. Also, the company is a system integrator addressing complex telecom tasks including project engineering, lease of ground and satellite segments and further project support.

The company offers the following services:

• installation and maintenance of earth stations
• services of the company-owned Moscow teleport (on the premises of Kurchatov Institute) with access to nine satellites and expansion potential   
• deployment of corporate networks both for fixed service providers and wireless operators
• dedicated networks for GSM operators
• broadband access
• lease of space segment capacity
• installation of multiservice communication networks for broadcasting companies

Isatel Russia has an impressive customer base and much experience. It won a number of tenders and implemented quite a few projects in the interests of major customers.

Isatel Kyrgyzstan is another subsidiary of Intersputnik Holding, Ltd. headquartered in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Its core business are fixed satellite services including advanced wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, WiMAX, etc. At present, fixed wireless communications is the most efficient solution for countries with a complex relief and underdeveloped cable links. Wireless networks help promptly deploy multi-purpose digital networks with 100% coverage.

Isatel Kyrgyzstan is planning to offer long-term channel leasing and deployment of telecommunications networks (corporate, news gathering, video distribution, government and special-purpose networks) to large and medium government and private companies.  The company’s services can be used both for one’s own needs (corporate customers and state agencies) and for providing other communications services (fixed network providers and GSM operators).

Isatel Kyrgyzstan has its own teleport in Bishkek brought into use in late 2007.

Isatel Tajikistan LLC is a satellite telecommunications operator with its own teleport and network management center in Dushanbe. It offers broadband services, dedicated networks for corporate and government customers, international and long-distance channels of any size for lease. Isatel Tajikistan has all requisite licenses for telecommunications services in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan including VoIP and Wi-MAX licenses.

The capabilities of Isatel’s infrastructure are boundless owing to access to the resources of various satellites through the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications, Teleradiocom and teleports in various countries.
