Intersputnik Holding Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications, was established in December 2005 and is a parent company of an international group of service providers providing full-scale wireless services. Such an alliance offers a wide range of advantages both to customers and the operators themselves:

• Advantageous conditions for the lease of satellite resource and use of terrestrial infrastructure of the whole Group.
• Opportunity to deploy global international networks in cooperation with other Group's members.
• Access to know-how and technologies of the Group and other Group members’ experience.
• Opportunity to temporarily use personnel and other resources of the Group for the implementation of large-scale projects.
• Strategic and political support by Intersputnik.

Intersputnik Holding, Ltd. is a parent company of the Group's operators from several countries, it coordinates the cooperation of all partners and subcontractors involved, and sets the high level of quality for all services. The Group consists of regional subsidiaries of Intersputnik Holding. Ltd. and also its partners worldwide. The Group's companies have all requisite permissions and licenses for communications services in their region and offer a joint unified product portfolio.

Intersputnik Holding, Ltd. is interested in the Group’s further development and invites administrations and regional telecommunications companies to cooperate. The Group can be joined in the following two ways:

• Option 1 is partnership, where local telecom operators offer, under agreements on cooperation, full-scale solutions of Intersputnik Holding, Ltd. and use its infrastructure.
• Option 2 is the establishment of subsidiaries, either 100% Intersputnik Holding-owned or joint ventures. For its subsidiaries to promptly get started, Intersputnik Holding. Ltd. provides them with proven know-how in the form of a model to establish a nationwide wireless network operator company to offer advanced telecommunication services to governmental, commercial and private customers.

Intersputnik’s long-term experience in various regions worldwide including emerging markets allowed the Group's specialists to develop several business models of establishing a nationwide telecommunications operator. These business models help solve several tasks - from building a supporting telecommunications network  to deploying a full-scale satellite telecommunications network including terrestrial infrastructure and domestic satellites.
